Not a Health & Safety Officer in sight as this safety fence rusts into oblivion at Neist Point on the Duirinish Peninsula, near Dunvegan, on the Isle of Skye. The many shades of rust contrasted with the green grass in the background. Neist Point is Skye's most westerly point and good views of the Outer Hebrides can be seen most days. The sea cliffs here are about 1000ft high and plunge straight into the sea. With a round trip from car park to the holiday home lighthouse of nearly 1.5miles up and down cliff paths... don't forget the milk!!! |
