  Telephone: For more urgent requirements, direct telephone support is essential.
  Remote: Using remote access via a secure VPN (Virtual Private Network), J7 analysts can connect to your PC or Server and see the situation first-hand. You can then sit back and watch the expert at work on your computer. N.B. This service requires a broadband internet service, a suitable firewall and appropriate remote access software.

 

Support services can be paid for in a number of ways:

 

 
  • Support units paid in advance and deducted only when you use them.
  • Pay-as-you use from the Price List with no SLA's.
  • As part of an IT Management Contract.
