I have been in Perth a lot this week and this afternoon, as a result of the wild weather, the South Inch was badly flooded and an old tree was blown down. The first shot shows St.Leonard's in the Fields and Trinity Church in Marshall Place in the background with its distinctive open construction steeple. As you can see from the second shot in particular, the wind was still gusting and the marks, which look like sensor spots are leaves flying past. Whilst it was wild here in the Central Belt, the north of Scotland was suffering much more. The weather has settled and we are all experiencing a more peaceful night. |
